Vinyasa Flow (Open Level)

A class focused on alignment, breath work, and basic yoga postures and movements. You will also learn how to use props like blocks and straps to support your practice. This class is specially designed for beginners or those who are looking to refresh their practice.

Ashtanga-Vinyasa

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic style that connects the movement of the body with the breath. It is practiced with a set sequence of postures. There are six series of Ashtanga yoga sequences, which the student progresses through at their own pace. This class is perfect for those who want to explore a different style of asana practice.

Fitness Flow

A fun circuit-style class that combines traditional yoga poses and athletic moves to increase your strength, flexibility and endurance. It is a low-impact session that will leave you feeling energized and empowered!

What do I need to bring to my first yoga class?

Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle. We also recommend wearing comfortable clothing / activewear.

Do you provide yoga mats?

For our students' health and safety, we recommend that you bring your own mat.

However, if you don't have one yet, you may
1. Purchase our yoga mats for sale at the studio (starting at P1,750)
2. Rent a yoga mat for P50/class

Do you have yoga props?

Yes, we provide yoga props for your practice, like blocks and straps!

What if I'm late to class?

We encourage students to arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.Should you arrive late, please let us know so we can save you a spot at the back.

What is your cancellation policy?

We allow cancellations or rebookings at least 4 hours before the scheduled class. Send us a message if you wish to make changes to your booking. If you don't show up, your slot will be marked void and non-refundable.
