Hi! I'm Ia ("a-ya") and I'm a yoga teacher, yoga studio owner, and an entrepreneur.
In 2018, I started the BetterLife community in Paranaque City, Philippines for people who want to learn about yoga and experience all its benefits.
My mission has always been to make yoga more accessible to everyone, and that prompted me to open a community space and teach pop-up classes to reach more people and share the gift of yoga.
My classes are fun, accessible and supportive. I have been guiding students to manage their stress and find a deeper connection with their bodies. I also coach students and organizations privately, helping them optimize their creativity and performance while preventing burnout and stress.”
